More unreleased covers *spoilers*

I found - on the same site as for the cover below - two uncolored unreleased covers for issue 2 & 3 of the Illyria mini series Haunted (I think the cover for issue 2 have been seen on Buffyfest's blog).

Unreleased cover *spoilers*

I don't think the finished cover for issue 41 of the on-going Angel series has been showed yet, but I found the original art by Jenny Frison on Cadence Comic Art, a site that sells original art from different comics books artists (I would link, but some people I gave the link to said their security programmes warned about viruses).

So here it is:

That's what these two posters spell out anyway.

I have no idea if they're from the same magazine or not (I think so since the seller is selling another couple of posters with Angel&Buffy and Angel&Cordy that look like they're a pair since Buffy's shoulder is a part of the Angel&Cordy poster) I just now that I have to buy them (they're on a Swedish auction site) and display them next to each other.

I wonder if the artist realized that's what they said, or if it's accidental. I like to think he/she is a slash-shipper. :D

Weekly feature: Excerpt from original script

From Sleeper, when Buffy thinks Spike might be killing again and asks the gang to help her investigate.

"In the original teleplay it takes Anya a little longer to come up with an excuse for being in Spike's room:
'I... am here, obviously, because of the reason which I am about to tell you, with the following words, and that reason is... uh, clearly and obviously too, um... sex.'"

Weekly feature: What to buy?

Halloween is my second favorite holiday (Christmas is hard to beat), and if I had money, I would go full out and buy yellow contacts, fangs and buy a vamp mask, to look like a real Buffyverse-vamp with the help of this, or this. (I've seen a couple of better pieces by reel magic on ebay, but I'm not sure they're up now).

Sadly, I think I might just be able to afford the contacts. Too much money to spend for one night, considering that I don't have a job, just student loan.

Maybe I should just do what Oz did in the episode Fear Itself, and go as God.

12£ per mini (24£ for both Spike & Buffy) is a bit much for such a small collectible (about 1,5"), but they're so cute!

What did Buffy say? NSFW

Remember the space sex in the last Season 8 arc? Hard to forget if you've read it. Hell, even non season 8 readers know about it.

Anyway, the empty talk bubble in space made the people Comics Alliance think; What was Buffy saying? They came up with a some fun alternatives.

I think it would be awesome if she yelled out "Xaaaaandeeeer!" Would make sense too. Or "Spiiiiikeeee!"
