Phil Noto, a season 9 artist, has posted some wonderful portraits on his tumbrl, that forbiddenplanet has collected here.The adult stuff, that you were warned about before entering the site, is for example vids that show sexual scenes (for example Spike&Buffy sex scenes), dirty manips and the occasional crude joke.
Spoilers for comics, movies, etc etc, will be marked/told, so you don't need to be afraid of being suddenly spoiled (so don't skim the posts in case you're afraid of spoilers).
