Weekly feature: Excerpt from original script

This week's excerpt is from Long day's journey(Angel, season 4), where Gwen helps Angel Investigation try to stop the Beast from performing a spell to blot out the sun.

Wesley's points out the brilliance of the Beast's plan in a that was line cut from the episode.

”So that every demon who fears the day, every vampire forced to flee the sun - they all rise up, unhindered, with nothing left to keep them at bay.”

My Nick Runge original

About a month ago I got my Nick Runge original, but I haven't had time to post them yet(my laziness got in the way).

It's from Angel After the fall, issue 9, page 11.

Look at the difference between the original sketch and the colored&inked page. Runge didn't do his own inking like with the Wesley-story in First Night, so it ended up quite differently(I'm not a hundred per cent sure he inked all the pages, but that's what I got from his e-mail). Also, the page was stretched out horizontally. It's not that noticeable on Spike, but some of the girls' faces look weird.

Natacha not so vampire slayer

Here's a fan made Buffy comic. It's unfinished but still a nice read.

Artist's notes;
"It's a joke between me and some friends at school.The main character is my friend Natacha, who is fascinated by vampires and stuff like that. I like to make fun of her about it.So I imagine what it would be like for her to be the Slayer. Mwahahhaha !The library background is taken from Buffy, I was lazy and this comic is just for fun"
