This excerpt is from Waiting in the wings(season 3), one of my favorite Angel episodes. It's the one where the gang goes to the Ballet.

After Fred reveals a little too much of her personal history with The Nutcracker, she and Cordy have the following exchange:

FRED: I often could shut up more.

CORDELIA: It's overrated.

FRED: The Nutcracker?

CORDELIA: Shutting up.
